the staff at shangri-la beijing were outstanding, exceeding our expectations with their service, care, and friendliness. the access to the executive lounge and the lovely pool made our stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect for our work at the exhibition center, despite the distance to downtown beijing.

As young holiday goers, we loved the great facilities and nice gym at this hotel. The rooms were excellent and spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to a park and canal, which made for a lovely walk or run. We even found it convenient to run to the nearby Summer Palace along the canal, which was about 5K away.

During my xmas trip, I enjoyed the complementary fruit basket and water bottles in my room, as well as the use of the hotel's gym and sauna. The hotel's location near a major university and a beautiful park made it a great home base for exploring the city. The spacious and well-maintained garden was a peaceful retreat from the busy streets.

While the hotel was generally clean and well-maintained, some staff members were unprofessional and unresponsive to guest needs. There was also some noise from staff areas that disrupted my stay.

The room was immaculate and offered a lovely view. The fitness facilities were top-notch and the pool was a favorite. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy Zizhu Park. Special mention to Richard Qin, the concierge service leader, who went above and beyond to help me during a thunderstorm. The spa and pool facilities were exceptional compared to other hotels I've visited.
